I found Samatha Muscato when I was dissatisfied with my current realtor. I was not selling a home, but buying one so I can only speak of that. I had a limited budget and huge wishlist and was looking for a home in a small area. She met me out whenever I wanted to look at a house and did a great job negotiating a price for me (with owners that were not very flexible). At the 11th hour before my closing, she got the home inspector back out on the property to see if the owners fixed what needed to be done. Overall, she did a great job and I recommend her to anyone.

Sam was very responsive and thorough when she sold a house for us. She always returned emails, phone calls and acted quickly on issues. I would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers.
