Sam is AMAZING!!! We have worked with her on two separate occasions and both times she was nothing short of fantastic. The first time didn't work out on our end but the 2nd time was a quick and painless experience. Both time we worked with Sam she worked quick to get us into the houses we were interested in looking at. She got to know us quickly and it showed as in many of the house we saw she pulled us aside and said that the house were not right for us, and she was correct. When we finally found the house we wanted she worked quick to get the process started. I believe from first offer to the sellers accepting was less then 48 hours. Her negotiating skills are great as well. She was able to get the house for us for well under asking price with NO counter offer!! Even after her job was done she would keep in touch to make she we were in contact with our lawyers and the banks to make sure the process was moving quickly. They call her the queen of the Tonawanda's for a reason, she knows her stuff and is hands down the best agent in our area. If you're looking to buy a home in the area do your self a favor and at least reach out to her and I promise you will not be disappointed.

It was a pleasure working with Maria while looking for property in the Buffalo/Niagara area. She always maintained the highest level of professionalism. While viewing houses she helped to look for anything problematic and spoke up when something should be given further thought about potential costly repairs. It was this type of honesty that built trust and put me at ease knowing she wasn’t trying to sell me a lemon of a house. When I was ready to put in an offer she clearly explained how we would approach that and never pushed me to offer more than I was comfortable with. She even reiterated to make sure I was comfortable with the amount I was offering when the listing agent came back with a “best and final”. Once again, trust was being built and I felt she was trying to keep my best interests in mind. Unfortunately, that offer wasn't accepted. I will definitely be recommending Maria to anyone I know who will be looking to buy a house, especially a first-time home buyer.

Patrick was really great to work with! He went above & beyond in helping me to find a house that fit as close as possible to my must have and wish lists. Maria did an outstanding job keeping me updated & aware of properties that fit my criteria. She took time to learn what my “Style” of home was, and put me into one that checked all the boxes. Maria was aggressive when it came to behind the scenes negotiation, but never once did I feel pressured to settle on something I didn’t want. She is extremely knowledgeable of the towns, cities & villages in WNY. I’m not always someone that is easy to please, so this is saying a lot. She truly wants to get you the right home. Very attentive, great responsiveness, very intelligent & articulate. Understands the market extremely well, she’ll tell you what she believes the house will go for, and every time she was pretty much spot on. If you’re serious about buying a home, use her!

There’s a reason why Samantha is the best! She doesn’t rely on a good market to sell your house-she hustles. We had a house with a few tough selling points and she got us multiple offers. Communication from her and her team was a 10/10. We’ve worked with several realtors in the past and we won’t work with anyone else again!

As a first time buyer, I felt comfortable enough asking any and all questions I had throughout the process and always received a fast reply. We met Patrick at a random open house. That place didn't become home for us, but Patrick did find our new home. He has exceeded our expectations in communication, responsiveness, understanding, and most importantly, listening. We felt so comfortable with Patrick, that we decided to enlist his help with getting our rental properties filled. I almost had my pre approval, other realtors were acting like I wasn't serious about purchasing a home and wouldn't show me one home in particular I was interested in. Samantha made an appointment with the seller, worked with me continuously while I got my pre approval and eventually my mortgage. She fought for me to get some things done by the seller and was cheerful and responsive to my needs and questions as a first time home buyer. She's pleasant and beautiful and very efficient.
