Sam is AMAZING!!! We have worked with her on two separate occasions and both times she was nothing short of fantastic. The first time didn't work out on our end but the 2nd time was a quick and painless experience. Her negotiating skills are great as well. She was able to get the house for us for well under asking price with NO counter offer!! Even after her job was done she would keep in touch to make she we were in contact with our lawyers and the banks to make sure the process was moving quickly. They call her the queen of the Tonawanda's for a reason, she knows her stuff and is hands down the best agent in our area. If you're looking to buy a home in the area do your self a favor and at least reach out to her and I promise you will not be disappointed.
There’s a reason why Samantha is the best! She doesn’t rely on a good market to sell your house-she hustles. We had a house with a few tough selling points and she got us multiple offers. Communication from her and her team was a 10/10. We’ve worked with several realtors in the past and we won’t work with anyone else again!
I almost had my pre approval, other realtors were acting like I wasn't serious about purchasing a home and wouldn't show me one home in particular I was interested in. Samantha made an appointment with the seller, worked with me continuously while I got my pre approval and eventually my mortgage. She fought for me to get some things done by the seller and was cheerful and responsive to my needs and questions as a first time home buyer. She's pleasant and beautiful and very efficient. I found Samatha Muscato when I was dissatisfied with my current realtor. I was not selling a home, but buying one so I can only speak of that. I had a limited budget and huge wishlist and was looking for a home in a small area. She met me out whenever I wanted to look at a house and did a great job negotiating a price for me (with owners that were not very flexible). At the 11th hour before my closing, she got the home inspector back out on the property to see if the owners fixed what needed to be done. Overall, she did a great job and I recommend her to anyone.
